With over 17 years of dedicated experience in the healing arts, I’ve devoted my life to helping others reconnect with their bodies, release what no longer serves them, and return to a state of balance.
Formerly the co-founder of the Appalachia Guild of Healing Arts, I now run my private practice, Touch of Earth Healing Arts, here in Asheville, NC.
My journey began on Valentine’s Day in 2008, when I graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in a wide spectrum of healing modalities, including Myofascial Release, Spinal Flow Technique, Advanced Deep Tissue bodywork, Reiki Mastery, CranioSacral Therapy (with intra-oral specialization), Light Language Activations, Thai Massage, and diverse energetic healing practices.
At the heart of my work is the belief that our energetic systems hold the key to lasting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Healing unfolds when we anchor into alignment through unconditional love.
My Divine role is to guide you into Embodying Your Aligned Self!
