Cancellation Policy

$1000 Deposit Non-refundable

120+ days = Refund (excluding deposit and any processing fees)

90–119 days = 50% refund of amounts paid (excluding deposit & processing fees)

60–89 days = 25% refund (excluding deposit & processing fees)

Less than 60 days = No refund

No-show or early departure = No refund

Because of the commitment to this venue, accommodations, transportation, facilitators, and catering well in advance, all retreat deposit payments are non-refundable. If your spot is able to fill from a waitlist, you may, at sole discretion, have your payment refunded, less the non-refundable deposit and any administrative fees.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Guests are responsible for airfare, passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel documents.

The retreat host is not responsible for airline cancellations, weather, illness, pandemics, or personal emergencies.

No refunds for arriving late or leaving early.

Retreat organizers reserve the right to cancel due to insufficient enrollment or force majeure, with refunds limited to retreat fees paid (not airfare or other travel expenses).
